Order Processing

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Stripe, PayPal, and soon we will also accept Amazon Pay.

Do you accept longer payment terms?

We can go through a KYC process with you so we can discuss longer terms. We usually only allow this after the first delivered order.

Are you a business registered in USA?

Yes, we are. Our store is maintained by LR RESEARCH DATA SCIENCE LLC, located at 444 N Wabash Ave in Chicago. You can check out our team in the About Page.

Delivery Questions

Who will deliver my order?

Either our partner South Holland Bakery Supplies or UPS Ground will deliver your order.

Do you ship everywhere in the USA?

Yes, we do ship from coast-to-coast in the US. Our Warehouses are located in Chicago, so it could take a couple more days to reach out to you if you’re in California.

How long will it take to ship to my location?
