The concept was brought to Denmark by Austrian bakers and has since developed into a Danish specialty. Like other viennoiserie pastries, such as croissants, it is a variant of puff pastry made of laminated yeast-leavened dough that creates a layered texture.

Previously located at 2304 Pennsylvania ave, Pariser’s is currently in Brookhill Shopping Center on Reisterstown Rd across from the Reisterstown Road Plaza.

Pariser’s Bakery is a PEANUT FREE facility. While we do process tree nuts such as walnuts, almonds and pistachios separately from the majority of our products, like our Apple Danish, which are completely NUT FREE. Please specify when placing an order.
