Eurogerm has several egg wash replacers with soya protein or milk protein or vegetable protein (allergen free). All our products come in powder form to keep the cost down but needs to be reconstituted in water (simply process). These are alternative to ready to use liquid glazes that are approximately 90% water resulting in higher cost of goods and freight. Please inquire for further product information.
