Recipe: From frozen state thaw in refrigerator, Pan and Bake at
350° F for 12 to 14 minutes. For a convection oven, bake at 325° F and bake accordingly. Baking times may vary.

Shelf Life

The Shelf Life of our Cookie Batters is 18 months from manufactured date in frozen storage. They can be
refrigerated up to 12 weeks after thawing.

Kosher Cookie Batters

Cookies, like quick breads and cake batters, are made from a rich dough that is mixed using the creaming method. Our kosher cookie doughs contain less liquid than other batter, you don’t need to alternate your flour and liquid.

When made at Bear Stewart, common ingredients include flour, butter, white sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and eggs except for the Parve Cookie Batters.
