refrigerated up to 12 weeks after thawing.
Kosher Cookie Batters
[/col] [col span=”8″ span__sm=”10″]Cookies, like quick breads and cake batters, are made from a rich dough that is mixed using the creaming method. Our kosher cookie doughs contain less liquid than other batter, you don’t need to alternate your flour and liquid.
When made at Bear Stewart, common ingredients include flour, butter, white sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and eggs except for the Parve Cookie Batters.
Kosher Cookie Batters are for Baking only
As the dough is made with the intention of baking, then leavening agents such as baking soda or baking powder are added. However, these Kosher Cookie Batters are NOT designed to be eaten raw.
