We manufacture a broad line of products that include Jams Jellies, Whole Fruit Pie fillings, Specialty Items (Glazes, Stabilizers, Specialty Mixes, Icing Fruits, Etc.) Frozen Muffin and Cookie Batters and Pucks (Natural and many Fat Free), Mixes and Icings.

We also manufacture many items that are all natural and items that are No Added Sugar. We make products that cover the areas of Scratch Retail Bakeries to Value Added Products for Institutions and Supermarkets. Our products are great for Fund Raisers and Market Days.

Our Frozen Muffin Batters are available in 1 or 2 gallon plastic buckets. Our Cookies are available in 1 or 2-gallon plastic pails or 2 lb. Retail pack and Preformed in 1, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 oz sizes.

All of our fillings are packed in 4-gallon reusable plastic containers, unless otherwise specified. Most products are also available 2-gallon pails. Many fillings and Icings are available in 4 by 1 gallon containers. All fillings are oven proof. Our products are freeze-thaw stable.
We also can do custom formulations, in batch quantities. We do private label programs. All of our products are under O U Kosher supervision and the CRC (Chicago Rabbinical Council).
